About the Winery

Château de Cordes is a wine estate in the Minervois appellation of the Languedoc region. The estate produces wines from the diverse terroirs of Minervois, which include schist, limestone, and clay soils. Minervois is known for its powerful red wines made from Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan, as well as Rose wines. The château offers tastings and is part of the AOP Minervois winemakers' community.
