About the Winery
Jean-Pierre Biard is a winemaker in the Languedoc region of southern France. He is known as a top winemaker who combines tradition with modern techniques, using temperature-controlled tanks and quality oak barrels. Grapes are handpicked and strictly selected to ensure only the best fruit ends up bottled. For some AOC wines, new oak barrels from various French forests are used in different sizes (225, 400, and 600 litres), creating unique wines that are then blended in specific proportions. This winemaking approach is unique in the Languedoc.
“A top Languedoc winemaker combining tradition with modern techniques and innovative barrel aging.”
