About the Winery

Les Sources de Caudalie is the only Palace-rated hotel in Bordeaux, located among the vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, a Graves Grand Cru Classé. Established in 1999 by Alice and Jérôme Tourbier, the hotel was inspired by the 'French Paradox' concept. The property features 62 rooms and suites decorated to reflect different facets of the Aquitaine region. The hotel is home to La Grand'Vigne, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant since 2015, La Table du Lavoir bistro, and the Rouge wine bar. The pioneering Vinothérapie Spa, the world's first, offers exclusive treatments using grape and vine extracts combined with natural hot spring water drawn from 540 meters deep. The hotel offers vineyard tours, wine tastings, cooking classes, and sports activities.
