Cave françoise et philippe Jouby is a family winery located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in the Auxerrois region of Burgundy. The estate produces wines from the Saint-Bris AOC, which is unique in Burgundy as it is the only appellation that allows Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris grapes. The wines are characterized by their mineral notes of flint and gunflint, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and blackcurrant buds. The Saint-Bris appellation covers approximately 180 hectares and produces exclusively white wines.
