Domaine les Aricoques - MM. Neyroud
About the Winery
Domaine de la Tour du Bon is located in Le Castellet in the Bandol appellation of Provence. The estate takes its name from a watchtower that once stood on the highest point of a hill. Founded in 1925 by the Mauric couple, the property was acquired by Claude and Robert Hocquard in 1968. In 1990, Agnès Henry-Hocquard took over the property and elevated it to become one of the finest estates in Bandol. Working with renowned winemakers Thierry Puzelat and Antoine Pouponeau, she produces wines with great personality that age harmoniously. The estate has been certified organic since 2014 and produces approximately 50,000 bottles from 15 hectares of vineyards. The terroir features calcareous and sandy subsoils with varied exposures, making it one of the earliest-ripening terroirs in Bandol. The estate produces Bandol Blanc, Rose, and Rouge, including the celebrated cuvée Saint-Ferréol.
“A certified organic Bandol estate since 2014, producing wines of great personality from a terroir of calcareous and sandy subsoils.”
