Hôtel Rocaminori offers a unique troglodyte dining experience in the Loire Valley. Dinner is served in an exceptional, warm cave setting at the restaurant Les Caves de la Genevraie, featuring a candlelit meal with local specialties including fouaces (traditional breads with mushrooms, rillettes, fresh butter, white beans with pork), accompanied by local wines. During a pause in the dinner, guests can visit the traditional oven and troglodyte galleries. The meal continues with fouaces with cheese and salad, followed by a homemade dessert. This traditional and hearty dining experience is a unique way to discover Loire Valley gastronomy in an unusual setting.
