Domaine des Gravennes
About the Winery
Domaine des Gravennes was established in Suze-la-Rousse in the heart of the Rhône Valley. Luc and Rémi, the fourth generation of independent winegrowers, have led the domain since 2011, perpetuating the family history with shared values: protection of terroir and environment, conviviality, and constant search for balance and elegance. Their wines come from seven grape varieties: for reds, Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre create fine, round, and structured wines; for whites, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier planted on sandy soils bring finesse and freshness. Since 2011, the domain has converted to biodynamic and organic agriculture. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts are used preferentially, with particular care given to vinification. Visitors can tour the property to learn the secrets of biodynamic wine production and share a convivial moment with the winemaker.
