Hostellerie de Levernois is a 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel and gastronomic restaurant in Burgundy, situated just 5km from the historic center of Beaune. Nestled in a seven-hectare park lined with century-old trees and bordered by the Bouzaise River, this 18th-century property offers an intimate and warm atmosphere. The hotel features 26 rooms and suites across three buildings, a Michelin-starred restaurant La Table de Levernois, the more casual Bistrot du Bord de l'Eau, and a Sisley Spa with 4 treatment rooms and a 30-meter swimming corridor. The property also boasts a 3500m² organic and biodynamic vegetable garden that supplies the restaurants. Its wine cellar holds approximately 1,000 bottles from producers and vintages that are difficult to find elsewhere. The hotel serves as an ideal base for exploring Burgundy wine villages including Aloxe-Corton, Pommard, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet.
