About the Winery

Les Avisés is a unique 'maison de famille' (family home) created by Corinne and Anselme Selosse in neoclassical buildings of a former Champagne house in Avize, on the Côte des Blancs. The hotel features contemporary and elegant rooms with pretty gray tones overlooking the park and vines, all with Italian showers and some with bathtubs. Each room is named after the expression 'cheers' in different languages, reflecting the international spirit of Champagne. The property includes a gastronomic restaurant led by Chef Stéphane Rossillon (former second of Anne-Sophie Pic) and his wife Nathalie, who create characterful cuisine using local products. Les Avisés is intimately connected to Domaine Jacques Selosse, one of Champagne's most cult wine estates, offering guests a unique immersion in the world of artisanal Champagne.
