Bertin et Fils is a Champagne producer based in Cramant, one of the six Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs in Champagne. Cramant is renowned for its exceptional Chardonnay, which produces Blanc de Blancs champagnes of extraordinary finesse and elegance. The village's name derives from 'Mont de Craie' (Mount of Chalk), referring to the chalky soils that give Cramant's wines their distinctive mineral character. Bertin et Fils represents the tradition of small, family-owned Champagne houses that have made the Côte des Blancs one of the world's most celebrated sparkling wine regions.
