Domaine de Clairefontaine is a prestigious estate located in Chonas-l'Amballan in the Rhône Valley. Philippe and Laurence Girardon welcome guests to their 3-hectare park with centenary trees. The estate houses three hotels and two restaurants, including a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant where Chef Philippe Girardon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, creates exceptional cuisine. Originally a refuge for the Bishops of Lyon, the 17th-century manor has been transformed into a luxury hospitality destination. The estate's 'Les Jardins' hotel features refined rooms overlooking the park, while 'Le Cottage' offers a more casual bistro experience with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The estate is ideally located near the prestigious Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu appellations, making it a perfect base for wine tourism in the northern Rhône.
