Pascale Bonneau
About the Winery
Pascale Bonneau, also known as Domaine des Lises, is a fourth-generation family winemaker based in Mirebeau in the Loire Valley. Pascale, who is also a training teacher and oenologist, produces wines in her 'Mirebeau Secret' cellar. Her flagship creation is 'Jeanne de France', a sparkling wine made using the traditional method. The estate represents the continuation of family winemaking traditions in the Poitou region of the Loire Valley, where local grape varieties and traditional methods are preserved. Visitors can discover the wines by appointment, with the sparkling cuvée perfect as an aperitif or for cocktail dinners when served well chilled.
