Lisca Mont is a wine and Cognac producer in Biron, in the Charentes region. Biron is located in the Petite Champagne cru, one of the six designated growing areas for Cognac. The Petite Champagne is known for producing eaux-de-vie that are fruity, floral, and age well, making them highly sought after for quality Cognac blends. The estate has been in the Cognac business since 1994. In addition to Cognac, producers in this area may also grow grapes for Pineau des Charentes and other regional wines.
