About the Winery

Domaine Christian Pantaléon et Fils is a family estate at the crossroads of Touraine and Anjou, in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil in the Loire Valley. The domaine cultivates 20 hectares of Cabernet Franc vines on soils of gravel, sand, and limestone, protected from northern winds by a forest. The vineyard is managed with sustainable agriculture practices and is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE). Since the 2008 harvest, their son Anthony has joined the family business. The estate produces red wines with surprising red fruit aromas that are fresh and approachable in their youth, developing elegance and aromatic balance with age. They also produce a fruity Rose.
