About the Winery

Domaine Etienne Loew is a prestigious Alsace estate founded in 1996 by Etienne Loew, who comes from a family of growers established in Westhoffen since the 18th century. The estate now covers approximately 22 acres (9 hectares) across several villages, with vineyards in Grand Crus Altenberg de Bergbieten and Engelberg de Scharrachbergheim. The domaine is certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter), producing only about 3,500 cases a year. Etienne is known as one of Alsace's most meticulous and talented winemakers, crafting wines of extraordinary purity, complexity, and minerality. The domaine produces a full range of Alsace wines including Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir, as well as Crémant d'Alsace. The estate has earned two stars from La Revue du Vin de France, a rare distinction.

A biodynamic Alsace estate with Grand Cru vineyards, producing some of the region's most pure and mineral-driven wines.
