Jacques Cacheux et Fils
About the Winery
Domaine Jacques Cacheux et Fils is a distinguished fourth-generation family estate in Vosne-Romanée, one of Burgundy's most prestigious villages in the Côte de Nuits. The domaine was established in the 1950s and is currently run by Patrice Cacheux, who took over from his father Jacques in 1994. Managing approximately 7 hectares across 11 appellations, the estate is renowned for its commitment to traditional Burgundian craftsmanship. Their crown jewels include parcels in the legendary Echézeaux Grand Cru and the Premier Cru 'La Croix Rameau,' a tiny high-quality site located right next to the famed Romanée-Saint-Vivant. The estate produces elegant Pinot Noir wines known for their extraordinary aromatic complexity, purity of fruit, and ability to age gracefully.
