Château Aymerich is a wine estate located in Estagel, in the Roussillon region of southern France (Languedoc-Roussillon). The estate produces wines under the Côtes du Roussillon and Muscat de Rivesaltes appellations. The Roussillon is known for its warm Mediterranean climate, diverse terroirs including schist, granite, and limestone soils, and a rich winemaking tradition. The estate's Muscat de Rivesaltes is a fortified sweet wine made from Muscat grapes, a specialty of the region. The Côtes du Roussillon Villages reds showcase the powerful, sun-drenched character of the region's grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan.
