About the Winery

The Cave de Beaumont du Ventoux is a cooperative created on March 14, 1929, on the initiative of Mayor Adrien Blouvac with 95 winegrowers. Today, the cooperative has 60 members across 10 communes including Beaumont-du-Ventoux, Malaucène, Le Barroux, and others, managing 300 hectares with an annual production of approximately 12,000 hectoliters. The vineyards are situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux between 300 and 500 meters altitude, in the Mont Ventoux Biosphere Reserve listed by UNESCO. The main grape varieties include Grenache noir, Syrah, Marselan, Roussanne, Grenache blanc, Clairette, Merlot, Cinsault, Chardonnay, and Carignan. The cooperative produces AOC Côtes du Ventoux white, Rose, and red wines, as well as PGI Méditerranée wines, and has HVE (High Environmental Value) certification and practices organic farming.

A historic cooperative since 1929 at the foot of Mont Ventoux, with 60 members managing 300 hectares, producing AOC Ventoux wines with HVE certification.

The Caveau offers tastings 7 days a week, with guided vineyard walks on Fridays in July and August. Group packages available from 6 to 50 people: Discovery (4€/person), Terroir (8€/person), and Cellar (20€/person) packages.
