The Montagne de Reims is one of the most prestigious areas of Champagne, known for its Pinot Noir vineyards on south-facing slopes. The producer crafts traditional Champagnes using the méthode champenoise, creating wines with fine bubbles and complex flavors that reflect the chalky soils and cool climate of the region.
