About the Winery

Christine Estoulle is a wine producer in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, one of the most prestigious appellations in the Rhône Valley. Her domain, Le Moulin des Saints, was established after inheriting vineyards from her father Jacques Mestre. Christine produces Châteauneuf-du-Pape from 6 hectares, with red wines blended from 70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, and 10% Mourvèdre, aged 18 months in old barriques or foudres. She also produces a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, and Bourboulenc. The domain offers direct sales from a shop on Rue Joseph Ducos.
