Domaine d'Amarine is a wine producer in the Beaujolais region, run by Patrick Rollet. Beaujolais is the most southern wine growing region in Burgundy, known for producing light, dry red wines made from Gamay grapes. The region spans from simple Beaujolais to the ten Cru Beaujolais villages, each with their own distinct terroir expression. The wines are typically made using carbonic maceration, resulting in fruity, approachable wines with bright red berry flavors.
