About the Winery

Vignobles de Carsac is a cooperative winery founded in 1962, located in Cavanac, just 5 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne in the Languedoc region. The cooperative brings together approximately 100 winegrowers cultivating around 800 hectares of vineyards. The estate produces wines under the IGP Cité de Carcassonne appellation, as well as Vin de France wines. The cooperative has achieved Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable viticulture. Their range includes red, white, and Rose wines, with cuvées such as the medal-winning Sérigraphie Rose (gold at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2019) and Sérigraphie Rouge (silver medal 2018). The cooperative offers free tastings at their shop and has a large parking area for visitors.
