Domaine Marc Greffet is a Burgundy winery located in Solutré-Pouilly, in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy. The estate produces wines from several appellations including Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, and Mâcon. The Mâconnais is known for its exceptional Chardonnay wines, which display a unique combination of richness, freshness, and mineral complexity. The region's limestone soils, including the iconic Roche de Solutré, give the wines their distinctive character. Pouilly-Fuissé, the most prestigious appellation of the Mâconnais, produces wines of great depth and aging potential from vineyards on the limestone slopes around the villages of Fuissé, Solutré-Pouilly, Vergisson, and Chaintré. The Greffet family crafts wines that express the unique terroir of each appellation.
