About the Winery
Domaine Emile Benon is a Loire Valley winery producing wines from the diverse terroirs of the region. The Loire Valley is France's third-largest wine region, stretching from the Atlantic coast to the center of France. It is known for its wide variety of wine styles, from crisp Muscadet whites near the coast to elegant Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé in the east, and rich Chenin Blanc wines from Vouvray and Anjou. The region also produces excellent red wines from Cabernet Franc in Chinon and Bourgueil. The Benon family continues the tradition of Loire winemaking, crafting wines that express the unique characteristics of their terroir.
“A Loire Valley domain crafting wines from the region's diverse terroirs and grape varieties.”
