About the Winery

Domaine l'Estagnol is a family-owned winery located in Mazan, at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the southern Rhône Valley. The Ventoux AOP, formerly known as Côtes du Ventoux, covers vineyards on the slopes of the iconic Mont Ventoux, benefiting from a unique microclimate with cooling mountain breezes. The estate produces wines from the Ventoux appellation, working with classic Rhône grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre for reds, and Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Roussanne for whites. The terroir features a mix of limestone, clay, and sandy soils, giving the wines freshness and complexity. The domain also produces Côtes du Rhône wines, offering a range of styles that showcase the diversity of the Ventoux terroir.
