About the Winery

Domaine des 2 Ânes is a biodynamic winery founded in 2000 by Magali and Dominique Terrier in Peyriac-de-Mer, in the maritime Corbières region of Languedoc. After working in various wine regions including Jura, Mâconnais, and Beaujolais, the couple was drawn to the exceptional potential of Languedoc terroirs. The estate spans 20 hectares of vines surrounded by garrigue and pine forests at an altitude of 120 meters, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The domain is certified biodynamic (Demeter) since 2010 and is committed to natural winemaking with minimal sulfur, indigenous yeasts, and manual harvesting. The vineyards feature old Carignan vines alongside Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah. In recent years, Magali has managed the estate with a small team, producing wines of remarkable complexity and aromatic richness.
