About the Winery

Laurent Baudou is a Languedoc winemaker based in Vendémian, in the Hérault department. He cultivives approximately 20 hectares of vines using organic farming methods, with a focus on red grape varieties including Syrah and old-vine Grenache. Baudou sells part of his production in bulk and bottles the remainder under the name 'Mas de Rouveyrolles.' He is known for producing wines with conviction and precision, including a 100% Carignan cuvée vinified without sulfur. His wines have been recognized for their quality and freshness, earning him the opportunity to supply wines to international establishments. Baudou represents the new generation of Languedoc winemakers who combine deep roots in their terroir with a commitment to quality and sustainable practices.
