Scea domaine d' Archimbaud
About the Winery
Domaine d'Archimbaud is a family wine estate located in Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. The estate has been passed down through the Cabanes family for generations, with Jean-Pierre and his daughter Marie-Pierre currently managing 30 hectares of vineyards that have been entirely replanted and restructured. The estate produces red, white, and Rose wines in the AOC Terrasses du Larzac, AOC Saint-Saturnin, and IGP Mont-Baudile appellations. The estate is farmed organically, focusing on expressing the character of this sunny yet altitude-influenced terroir at the foothills of the Larzac plateau. Marie-Pierre Cabanes describes her work as an absolute joy and passion, cultivating 15 hectares in the exceptional 'Terrasses du Larzac' terroir.
“Family estate in Saint-Saturnin, organically farming 30 hectares and crafting wines in AOC Terrasses du Larzac and AOC Saint-Saturnin.”
