About the Winery

Stéphane Mahuet is a Beaujolais wine producer and partner of Maison Thorin, a négociant house founded in 1843 by an old Beaujolais family and now a subsidiary of the Boisset group. Mahuet manages his domaine in partnership with this historic house, which sources wines from approximately 450 winegrowers in the region. The Beaujolais region is renowned for its Gamay-based red wines, from the ten prestigious crus in the north to the Beaujolais Villages and Beaujolais appellations. Mahuet's wines showcase the diversity of Beaujolais terroirs, with a focus on quality and traditional winemaking techniques that have made the region famous.
