Pascal Oury is a wine producer in Vailhan, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. The Languedoc is France's largest wine-producing region, stretching along the Mediterranean coast. Vailhan is located in the Hérault department, an area known for its diverse terroirs and production of red, white, and Rose wines. The Mediterranean climate, with abundant sunshine and cooling sea breezes, creates ideal conditions for grape growing. Pascal Oury crafts wines that reflect the character of this southern French terroir, working with classic grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan.
