About the Winery

D'Aubac is a wine producer in Vallet, in the Loire Valley region of France. The Loire Valley is France's most diverse wine region, stretching from the Atlantic coast to the center of the country, producing a wide range of wine styles from crisp whites to elegant reds and sparkling wines. Vallet is located in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, famous for its crisp, mineral white wines made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape. These wines, aged sur lie (on the lees), develop a distinctive richness and complexity while maintaining their refreshing acidity. D'Aubac produces wines that reflect the maritime-influenced terroir of the western Loire.
