Frédéric Pérol is a wine producer in Châtillon-d'Azergues, in the Beaujolais region of France. Located in the northern part of Beaujolais near the cru villages, the estate produces wines that showcase the quality potential of this part of the region. Beaujolais is renowned for its Gamay-based red wines, from the light and fruity Beaujolais Nouveau to the more structured and complex crus like Morgon, Fleurie, and Moulin-à-Vent. Pérol represents the new generation of Beaujolais vignerons who are focused on quality and terroir expression, crafting wines that reflect the unique granite-based soils of the region.
