Cave Vinicole d'Andlau et Environs is a cooperative winery based in Barr, in the Alsace region of France. Barr is generally considered the wine capital of Bas-Rhin in Alsace. The cooperative produces wines under the Alsace AOC appellation, working with classic Alsatian grape varieties including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir. Alsace is renowned for its aromatic white wines that beautifully express the region's unique terroir. The cooperative brings together multiple growers to produce wines that showcase the diversity of the Andlau and surrounding areas, known for their granite and schist soils that impart distinctive mineral character to the wines.
