Abbaye Saint-Hilaire
About the Winery
Abbaye Saint-Hilaire is a historic wine estate located in Provence, France, on a domain of 1,200 hectares of forest and vineyards. The estate produces red, white, and Rose wines, as well as fruit juices and spirits. Committed to sustainable development, the property follows the Terra Vitis approach, ensuring the total absence of pesticides in their wines. During winter, sheep graze between the vine rows for natural weed control. The domain also practices agroforestry, harvesting wood from the forest to heat all buildings. The estate features an equestrian center and offers various forms of accommodation. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, cellar tours (by appointment), and vineyard walks. The property has been recommended by the Petit Futé guide and offers gîtes for holiday stays.
