Birch-Rupert is a wine producer located in Aix-en-Provence, in the Provence region of southern France. The Rhône Valley and Provence areas are known for their exceptional wines, with the warm Mediterranean climate producing rich, full-bodied reds, elegant Roses, and aromatic whites. Aix-en-Provence is particularly renowned for its Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wines. The estate works with classic southern French grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Rolle. The producers craft wines that reflect the sun-drenched terroir of Provence, characterized by garrigue-scented landscapes and mineral-rich soils.
