S.I.C.A. du Vignoble Auxerrois is an agricultural cooperative in the Auxerrois region of Burgundy. The cooperative is associated with Caves Bailly-Lapierre, which was founded in 1971 and is the largest producer of Crémant de Bourgogne. The cooperative works with 500 hectares of vines and produces wines including Crémant de Bourgogne, Bourgogne Aligoté, Irancy, and Saint-Bris. The up-to-date premises feature cellars cut out of an old limestone quarry that visitors can drive into.
