Stentz-Buecher
About the Winery
Domaine Stentz-Buecher is a family winery established in 1975 in Wettolsheim, in the heart of the Alsace wine region. Founded by the union of two families with long winemaking traditions, the estate has grown from 4 to 13 hectares. Now managed by Stéphane (winemaking) and Céline (sales and communication), with Jean-Jacques overseeing the vineyards. The estate is certified organic (AB) by Ecocert. They produce all Alsatian grape varieties across appellations from AOC Alsace to Alsace Grand Cru (Steingrubler, Pfersigberg, Hengst). The domaine is known for hand-harvested grapes, natural yeast fermentation, and wines of great purity and character.
“Family estate since 1975 in the heart of Alsace, certified organic, producing wines across three Grand Cru vineyards.”
