Marie-Valérie Sisqueille is associated with Château Sisqueille in Canet-en-Roussillon, in the Roussillon region near Perpignan. The estate produces Rivesaltes, a fortified sweet wine (Vin Doux Naturel) made from Grenache and other traditional varieties. Rivesaltes is aged oxidatively, developing complex aromas of dried fruits, nuts, and rancio character. The domaine has a history dating back several generations.
