About the Winery

Domaine de la Tournelle is a renowned organic winery in Arbois, Jura, founded in 1991 by Evelyne and Pascal Clairet. The estate cultivates 8 hectares of vines, growing mostly white grapes (Savagnin and Chardonnay) and some reds (Trousseau and Ploussard). The domaine is certified organic (ECOCERT) since 2010 and produces wines without added sulfites. Known for traditional Jura wines such as Vin Jaune, Terre de Gryphées, and innovative cuvées using carbonic maceration like Uva Arbosiana. Evelyne continues the work after Pascal's passing in 2021. The Bistrot de la Tournelle in their garden offers tastings in a bucolic setting.
