About the Winery

Founded in 1888, SA Fichard specializes in the production of white 'Crépy' wines on the south shore of Lake Léman (Lake Geneva). The Fichard family has been owner-growers in the Crépy vineyard for over 135 years, passing down the trade from father to son. On 10 hectares of hillside vineyard, they produce white wine from the Chasselas grape on clay-limestone soil. The vineyard's heart is at the lieu-dit 'Paradis', extending across the communes of Douvaine, Loisin, and Ballaison. The Crépy appellation is part of the Savoie wine region, known for its crisp, mineral white wines. The estate practices manual harvesting and selective grape picking, with temperature-controlled fermentation and aging on fine lees before spring bottling.

A family estate since 1888 producing Crépy wines on 10 hectares by Lake Léman, specializing in Chasselas from clay-limestone soils.
