About the Winery

The cooperative of Vignerons de Gascogne belongs to the Plaimont Producteurs group, a major player in the wines of the Pyrenean Piedmont producing 40 million bottles per year. Founded in 1979, Plaimont has acquired the most beautiful châteaux and domains in the region with the aim of reconstituting emblematic vineyards and developing new collective ambition. The vineyard extends from the foothills of the Pyrenees to the rolling hills of Gascony, with AOC Saint Mont, Madiran, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, and IGP Côtes de Gascogne appellations. They cultivate exclusively local grape varieties (Tannat, Pinenc, Manseng Noir, Gros and Petit Manseng, Colombard) and possess an exceptional vegetal heritage including a 200-year-old vine parcel listed as a Historic Monument. The cooperative offers guided tours, oenological workshops, and commented tastings.

Part of the Plaimont Producteurs group, a major cooperative producing 40 million bottles annually from the Pyrenean Piedmont.
