Agnès, didier et florent Dauvissat
About the Winery
Installed in Beine, near Chablis, Agnès and Didier Dauvissat created their domaine in 1987 and understood that quality improvement also came from work in the vineyard. They returned to ploughing their 13.2 hectares to preserve the terroir. Their son Florent joined them in 2012. The domain produces Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru, Bourgogne Rouge, and Crémant. The estate is known for its traditional approach to winemaking, with a focus on expressing the unique Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis. Their wines are characterized by their minerality, freshness, and aging potential. The domaine's commitment to meticulous vineyard work and careful vinification has earned them recognition among Chablis producers.
“A family domaine in Beine near Chablis, crafting terroir-driven wines from 13.2 hectares with traditional methods since 1987.”
