About the Winery

Éric and Nathalie Ajorque are the owners of Mas Conscience in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. After spending two years in India as volunteers for a local NGO, they were captivated by the site and vineyard of Mas Conscience. They set up a crowdfunding initiative with forty associates to acquire the domain and its 13 hectares of vines, which are farmed organically. The estate is located in the Languedoc region, where the Ajorque family produces wines that reflect the unique terroir and their commitment to sustainable, organic viticulture. Their story exemplifies the new generation of French winemakers combining social consciousness with quality wine production.
