About the Winery

The Domaine du Siorac is a family property founded in 1818 near Eymet, in the Bergerac region of South West France. The estate has been shaped by seven generations. André Landat began direct sales from the property in 1976 and passed it on to his three sons: Jean-Pierre, Jean-Philippe, and Jean-Paul. Muriel Landat-Pradeaux, daughter of Jean-Paul, became an engineer and worked for 10 years in industry before returning to the estate. She took over as a young farmer in 2016 after training at ENITA Bordeaux. She converted the 30-hectare domain to organic farming (certified in 2020), planted resistant grape varieties, and maintains the forgotten Mérille grape variety. The estate produces wines across all four colors: dry white, sweet white, Rose, and red, as well as Verjus and grape juice.
