About the Winery

Created in 1907 by the Galy family, this large Cabardès estate left the cooperative in 2016. The domaine encompasses 50 hectares of vines, along with wine tourism activities and 5 hectares of truffle orchards. Located in the Languedoc region, the estate produces wines from the Cabardès appellation, which uniquely blends Atlantic grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc) with Mediterranean varieties (Syrah, Grenache). The family has been instrumental in developing the estate's direct sales and tourism offerings.
