About the Winery
This family vineyard has been operated for over a century and today covers 34 organic hectares of alluvial soils. Fabien Demois, the fifth generation to lead the vineyard, settled there in 2008. The estate is located in the Loire Valley and produces wines across several appellations including Anjou and Chinon, with a focus on Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc. The domaine's commitment to organic farming and respect for the alluvial terroir produces wines of purity and expression.
