About the Winery

Nicolas Mollard and Sébastien Fillon (from Le Clos des Serres) created this négoce structure in 2011 to vinify a selection of parcels in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. Their approach focuses on organic agriculture and fair pricing to ensure a just income for the winegrowers. The Terrasses du Larzac is one of the most prestigious sub-appellations of Languedoc, known for its high-altitude vineyards on limestone terraces that produce wines of great freshness and complexity. Their wines reflect the unique terroir of the Larzac plateau, with a focus on Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre.
