Esat les Terres rousses
About the Winery
Created in 2003, Les Terres Rousses is an ESAT (Establishment and Service for Assistance through Work), a viticultural enterprise of 21 hectares that provides employment to eight people with disabilities. The workers participate in all aspects of production, from vineyard management and maintenance to winemaking and marketing. This unique social enterprise demonstrates that viticulture can be inclusive and provide meaningful employment while producing quality wines in the Languedoc region.
