About the Winery

Champagne Hubert Billiard is a family estate installed in 1986, cultivating 4.3 hectares on the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, around Avenay-Val-d'Or and Ambonnay. Hubert Billiard and his son Joffrey welcome visitors year-round to share their passion for champagne. The estate is classified as Premier Cru and Grand Cru, with plantings of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay. The house is situated on the banks of the river La Livre in a pleasant, wooded setting. They are members of the Vignerons Indépendants and offer cellar visits and tastings. The estate is known for its traditional approach to champagne making and the conviviality of its welcome.
