About the Winery
In 1623, an ancestor, a draper artisan, settled in Saint-Chinian at the place called Bagatelle. In the 20th century, the estate was passed down from mother to daughter. The vineyard was replanted in the 1960s, with an extension on a Muscat terroir. Since 1993, Christine Deleuze (in commercial) and her brother Luc Simon (at the vineyard) have been running the 60 hectares of family vines, producing Saint-Chinian and Muscat-de-Saint-Jean-de-Minervois wines that are highly appreciated.
“Family estate since 1623 in Saint-Chinian, with 60 hectares producing Saint-Chinian and Muscat-de-Saint-Jean-de-Minervois.”
